Questions, answered
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing whenever you like. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your vehicles, service records and cost snapshots stay in your account, and you can still view, edit and export them. You just cannot add more than the free limits until you rejoin.
Is Motron affiliated with BMW?
No. Motron is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BMW AG. BMW and model names are used only to identify the cars.
What payment methods work?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Major credit and debit cards work, and Stripe may offer other methods, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your country and device. Motron never sees your card details.
